Armed with Resilient, security teams can have best-in-class response capabilities.Position Overview:Director of Marketing reports directly to Chief Marketing Officer and assists in developing the department’s strategic marketing plan, which addresses both marketing and communications functions. This role will oversee all critical communication aspects including sales enablement programs, customer communications, events, global public relations/analyst activities and works with departmental staff to ensure all outward facing material and events represent the Resilient brand.Job Responsibilities:• Candidate must strategically direct the marketing communications function, including the global public relations and analyst relations program, sales communications, content/collateral, global email campaigns, webinars, and events. o Guides daily activities of the marketing team and ensures that objectives are being met.• Oversees marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.• Candidate to work with team to ensure consistent tone and brand across all material.• Ability to work within IBM global brand and communications standards and work across a global organization well.• Must be able to manage budget to stay within quarterly targets.• Collaborate with Demand Generation team to ensure consistent and quality leads.• Work with team to continue successful implementation of sales enablement program and ensures that global sales team have appropriate tools, materials, and presentations.• Generates creative acquisition plans for all major trade shows and regional events.• Works closely with product marketing lead to define and execute on material and programs.• Works closely with CMO on orientation and training programs for employees.• Mentor/direct team members to ensure marketing projects are moving forward. This includes events, all thought leadership content, and sales enablement programs.

• At least 7 years of B2B marketing experience• Ability to consistently manage multiple projects and team members.• Clear understanding of corporate tone and writing style.• Excellent organizational and writing skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.• Aptitude to work in a fast paced environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong focus on execution and results.
