IBM Accounts Receivable Team Lead in CAIRO, Egypt

Applying the AR management system with the relationships with all other functions, clients, BU leaders, GB sales managers,Operations, Project managers, and delivery mangers with a defined interlocks with each of them.Represent the AR function in all management interlocks i.e. CGM meetings, DSO calls, BU leaders meetings, MEA and Cairo interlocks..etc.Perform F2F meetings with the clients/BPs for dispute resolutions, expedite, and escalate the delayed payments, meet clients executives,..etc.Implementing AR E2E process in country and enure adherence from the country team.Responsible for achieving the Q AR targets, putting a roadmap to achieve them all.Spread the AR targets on all collectors, and assess their performance by end of each Q.Strengthen the country - CoEs relationships and cooperation in any AR related interlocksResponsible for the the collection forecast and the milestones to reach the numbers per each Q.Manage the collection activities of the collectors.Responsible for the day to day smooth operations in country.Apply the dispute management process, and ensure adherence from country AR team.Ensure smooth month/quarter end closing with the AR collectors and with Cairo CoE.
