IBM is using Software Defined Network (SDN) within our solutions to enhance our clients network agility and security while integrating the network into an overall orchestrated IT infrastructure.The Networking Domain within GTS Technology Innovation & Automation team, a global team of leading experts, is currently looking to grow our capabilities in SDN and enterprise networking solutions. To do this, we are looking for highly motivated individuals with extensive experience in networking. Key activities and requirements will be:• Articulate the business and technical value of IBM networking infrastructure and services solutions to senior managers and technical decision makers.• Lead first of a kind and complex global network opportunities and solution development• Provide end-to-end network solution approach guidance and coaching.• Drive network/SDN solution strategy and design.• Propagate network/SDN solution assets and best practices.• Drive competitive winnable deals in the Asia Pacific region• Create and use intellectual capital to solve diverse client issues in an innovative way.• Provide training to the solutioners and sellers.• Manage critical client impacting events related to solution and engage with delivery, transition etc.

• Expert networking architecture and design skills pertaining to WAN/LAN/Data Center Networking – large enterprise size environments (min 15 yrs)• Network virtualization experience (VMware NSX, Cisco ACI)• Network automation and orchestration experience• Networking consulting and executive level client presentation skills• Self-motivated and have the ability to work with a global team.• Ability to work across different cultures and time zones• Comfortable in both a technical dialogue (understanding the customer’s IT network infrastructure and technical objectives) as well as a business dialogue• Strong written and verbal communication, including technical writing skill
