We are looking for a Service Provider Specialist into our Customer Support Center to ensure permanent quality-oriented and commercial tasks in order to optimize provider efficiency.
Coordinate and execute benchmarking for ongoing provider contracts in cooperation with purchasing and legal department
Contact person for different internal and external vendors
Technical preparation and review of IT services documentation also in international environment.

Experience in customer service/relationship management or similar role
Basic knowledge of Networks (TCP/IP protocol family, LAN/WAN protocols)
General knowledge of IT operation processes and technologies
Above higher intermediate level of English knowledge
