IBM HR Offboarding Country Process Owner (CPO) in BUDAPEST, Hungary

Job descriptionThe HR Offboarding Country Process Owner (CPO) is responsible for the effective and efficient execution of the HR offboarding process within all IBM legal entities in the country. Responsibilities for this position include development, implementation and continuous improvements of the HR offboarding process with specific deviations as required by local law and business imperatives. They monitor execution of the process to ensure compliance with corporate standards and local legal requirements along with regular Business Controls testing and formally report process assessments. The CPO will partner with HR and Business Unit executives to understand business priorities and provide HR expertise along with the development and delivery of plans to resolve identified business issues. They communicate seamlessly across multiple organizations and levels of management and will provide process education as required. The CPO will be a part of a greater transformation team driving process execution into centralized Centers of Excellence (CoE) and will work closely with the CoE Service Deliver Leader to ensure reliable delivery of services. They provide expert advice and guidance to other managers and business professionals on the HR offboarding process. Commitments Continuously drive HR Offboarding as a “lean” organization with focus on providing maximum value by eliminating waste. Seek to identify and resolve remaining activities performed by the manager that could be transferred to delivery or eliminated. Continue to optimize the number of controls / approvals for a more efficient and effective process control and delivery. Ensure 100% compliance and satisfactory posture in all internal and external. Meet all Business Controls schedules and drive KCO testing defect rate to below 2%. Report global and local metrics primarily collected by the Offboarding Delivery teams with analysis to identify and resolve issues and opportunities in the process or delivery. Demonstrate a culture of client centricity, ownership for actions and output, quick turn around and comprehensive resolution. Focus on Speed of issue resolution, Timeliness and Accuracy, provide solutions and seamless execution. Drive effective utilization of the Issue Management process. Drive Continuous improvement in performance targets around agreed SLA/ SLO’s .Implement the Late Separation Feedback and Repeat Offender Reporting processes in remaining countries that do not have consistent on-time separations. Be flexible to answer needs considering changing working environment and understand how the HR Off-boarding Management responsibilities will evolve. Be flexible and team player within the Recruitment and HR team, partner with the Payroll Team. Support the managers, the HR Leader, HR Partners and the Case Manager in off-boarding Management providing education and reinforcement as needed to ensure managers process separations on time.
