IBM Fleet Operations Administrator (Fluent Italian) in BUDAPEST, Hungary

The role primarily involves responsibility for aspects of the delivery of designated EMEA Benefits programs, more specifically of the Car Fleet programs for Italy.The Fleet Operations Administrator works in a team with the other Fleet Admin members and liaises with the EMEA HR Process Owners and other involved parties such as country Fleet departments. Main responsibilities:

  • Deliveries registration in the payroll system - check, archive and update the payroll system with the proper information.

  • Managing the credentials, new orders - ensure eligible employees have access to the online configurator of the vendor

  • Order management – check and validate orders

  • Pre-rent management (employee request, submission to the vendor ) - check, validate pre-rent requests

  • Check reporting from Vendors - check, archive and update the payroll system with the proper information

  • Complaint management and resolution of current issues

  • General reporting requests from the Country

  • Handling general driver queries by email

  • Update Intranet page

  • Create reports for reconciliation of data between IBM and vendor

  • Finance invoice reconciliation

  • English: fluent

  • Italian: fluent

  • Strong Excel skills using Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis and formulas

  • Being able to analyze and interpret data, and make informed decisions

  • Excellent and effective communication skills and customer service orientated

  • Able to work to tight deadlines, cope with peak workloads, and maintain high standards under pressure
