Running the weekly/quarterly/yearly reports and conducting business analysis.
Creating new and enhancing existing RF Reports (in excel, QMF/Brio and in Cognos), that requires understanding of end to end customer financing process (especially the RF and IGF Workbench (WB) process), understanding the Information Warehouse methodology, participating in IW enhancements projects and extending SDE Reporting portfolio.
Working with other IGF teams to understand the problem/opportunity/business need, writing requirements documents, estimating effort, working with the development team on designs, writing test cases and executing testing, deployment support (training, user questions, etc.), and supporting in production as needed.
Investigating in different issues around reporting and the business process
Planning and keeping RAR plan items up-to-date, clear, managed in a timely manner
FinHelp: Provide support to ROF users in the Europe time shift once every 3 weeks
Maintaining Education, Communication and Process documentation (Taking care of SDE reporting knowledge bases (updating of FAQ database, internal document libraries, guides etc.) )
Taking part in the daily/weekly calls, completing change requests as per RAR process, investigating production issues as per RAR process, participating in releases and in System and Process testing
Developing own skills and knowledge.
Problem determination / Analytical capability;

SQL query / reporting knowledge
Ideally Brio/Cognos reporting/dashboard experience
