IBM Application Engineer in Access Management in BUDAPEST, Hungary

We are looking for IT engineers into our 3rd level Access Manager team, to operate a web based application, which is used by one of the biggest airlines in the world! This is a great opportunity for those who have good understanding of SUSE Linux, have scripting knowledge and would like to gain experience in web application operation.   • Responsibility for the operation of SSO solution for Lufthansa Group. Including:

  • PKI certificate management

  • Implementation and modification of proxy-services

  • Troubleshooting of Access Manager system / system components

  • Support of 23 customers to fine tune their web applications

  • Order of: DNS entries, Firewall rules

  • Incident and change management (3rd level)

  • Customization of monitoring tools (Nagios)

  • Consulting and knowledge sharing with colleagues

  • Communication with the Customer and Service Management

  • Documentation of Business know-how and processes

  • Overall understanding of web applications

  • Experience in application, change-/incident-/problem management

  • Deep knowledge of Linux, Apache, Tomcat, Networking, Load balancing, LDAP, TCP /IP, HTTP /HTTPS

  • Experience in script programming

  • Knowledge of monitoring solutions and tools

  • Ability to provide last level support and share on-call responsibilities

  • Good language and communication skills in English
