We are now looking for a 1st line people manager to manage the 2nd/3rd level Network Operation team in the Network & Security Competence Center of the Service Operations.   • Manage the Network Engineer and Network Operation Center teams

  • Act as a leader for a team of about 30 members

  • Supervise daily operational activities

  • Motivate, lead, coach and support the team

  • Foster accountability and responsibility

  • Work closely with 2nd line manager and other 1st line managers to set clear and measurable objectives for the team

  • Initiate and execute mid- and long-term improvement projects

  • Cooperate in the creation and execution of the competence center's strategy

  • Willingness to take ownership for the work of the team

  • Solution focused, constructive, self-managed attitude
