Job role:The Travel & Expense Reimbursement Specialist is responsible for successfully auditing, tracking and processing of all employee expenses.The Travel & Expense Reimbursement Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all travel and expense related activities. Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to employees related to T&E inquiries.
Efficiently address inquiries from employees regarding policies, processes and systems.
Assist with tracking and reporting any vendor, travel, or system-related issues.
Audit initial relocating employee expense reports for mathematical accuracy and policy adherence
Assist with obtaining reimbursement for personal expenses on T&E and purchasing cards in a timely manner
Enter vouchers accurately and in a timely manner
Generate precise and timely client invoices and interface with internal Account Payable and Account Receivable departments
Process and audit payments to relocating employees and vendors
Generate dashboard and workload reports as required by management
Maintain accurate “real time” records in all systems
Bachelor's degree and preferably experience in T&E management or related experience
Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with all levels of the company
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer service focus.
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
Demonstrated integrity, respect, commitment to excellence, and collaboration skills
Capable of working effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to be a self-starter and work autonomously
Advanced knowledge of Excel functions and formulas
