IBM Systems Support Specialist in BUCHAREST, Romania

We are looking for a Systems Support Specialist that will have the following responsabilities:

  • Provide 1st level support in the reporting process, engage in 2nd Level Support

  • Reporting of Incidents

  • Advises users in application related activities in order to effectively execute the process for in-scope applications

  • Resolves incidents based on insight into the business process and respective data, transactions

  • Maintains the Operations Manual

  • Bachelors’ Degree required. Majors preferred are Information Systems, Computer Science orequivalent

  • At least 1 year in 1st level support experience

  • Database skills (SQL)

  • Incident Management experience

  • Good communication skills, ability to work under pressure, especially on month-end procedures/incident

  • English: fluent

  • German: fluent
