As Network Service Delivery Manager you will be responsible for managing an efficient delivery of the Network services from our vendors to our clients accordingly to agreed service levels. You will measure, report and identify improvement to increase service performance and also manage and develop a collaborative relationship with key stakeholders.

Your day to day activities will include:

  • Ensure that the Network services are delivered in a timely fashion and with right quality- Ensure that provided services and delivery standards are met- Ensure sustainable services and proactive identify scaling needs in services based on change in demands- Ensure services are delivered accordingly to defined security policies- Work with appropriate competencies and /or vendors to ensure that the root cause of incidents and failed changes is known, understood and correct actions are put in place to prevent re-occurrence- Interact with external providers in operational planning- Address escalations and work in collaboration with external / internal providers to solve incidents- Provide escalation point for Network and vendor related issues- Deliver accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders- Establish and maintain communication with stakeholders on all aspects of Network and Vendor delivery- Establish and maintain a measurement system with all vendors measure and track performance and quality

What you need to be successful:

  • Combination of technical and service management experience- Fluent English- Client communication experience- High level of negotiation skills- Applied knowledge and understanding of the ITIL disciplines within a commercial environment- ITIL certification and network management experience as a big advantage

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • At least 5 years experience in Relevant IT experience e.g. Customer facing roles, IT management

  • English: Intermediate
