IBM TSS Business Partner Sales Representative in BRATISLAVA, Slovakia

  • Sell TSS Services (ServicePacs, Small Deals on hardware and software maintenance) and Multi Vendor Services through IBM distributors. Engage and close assigned sales opportunities through distributors/T2.- Generate TSS pipeline with distributors- Work with distributors (and key T2 BP) and IBM client teams to:

  • –Qualify opportunities and determine appropriate TSS/BP solutions

  • –Navigate IBM processes, contracts, pricing and requirements

  • –Own specific opportunities through sales cycle

  • Conduct services sales cadence with Distributors- Execute sales initiatives in the territory (attach rate, renewal rate focus)- Distribute opportunity and pipeline reports (MA renewals, warranty exits, new installs, etc.) to distributors and T2 partners for assigned customers- Identify and escalate channel conflicts- Actively participate in the country SSL cadence of TSS to highlight opportunities with partner involvement and contribute knowledge- Reports locally to TSS Manager or TSS Sales Leader with functional guidance from CEE TSS Channel Leader

  • Minimum of 5 years in IT sales (IBM)- Strong focus on execution- Proactive, Communicator, Negotiator, Creative, Team Player- Professional knowledge of channel management, sales processes and TSS offerings/solutions- SK/CZ language fluent
