IBM Transfer Pricing Analyst in BRATISLAVA, Slovakia

Job Description:We are seeking and experienced Transfer Pricing Analyst to join our Transfer Pricing team in the Bratislava CoE. The selected candidate will work closely with the country teams and CHQ on Transfer Pricing related matters consisting of but not limited to:

  • Preparations of Transfer Pricing documentation

  • Preparation / Review or Transfer Pricing returns

  • Preparation of supporting documentation for TP audits

  • Company valuations

  • Ideally the candidate would have experience from a multinational corporation or BIG4 with exposure to transfer pricing of Services (primarily IT), Goods (ideally computer hardware) and Software distribution / IP Licensing.

  • Good overview of different TP methodologies, ongoing OECD Transfer Pricing discussions (BEPS) and experience with more than one country TP rules are a big advantage.

  • 3 years of experience with the exposure to the previously mentioned items is expected. The employee will be working with a diverse and global team and cooperating with senior tax leaders, finance, treasury and accounting to prepare necessary TP documents

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Law

  • At least 3 years experience in TP

  • English: Fluent
