Sales Transaction Support operates as a values-driven team, we are trusted advisors to the business operations and we support all business units in all geographic areas.Job description:Employee will be responsible for end-to-end contract registration & management, including assistance in quote preparation, Firm Order Policy validation, billing & invoicing, reconciliation and dispute resolution.Employees in this role perform and coordinate responsibilities associated with services contract management including ensuring appropriate contracts and supporting documentation based on established processes in place.Contract management starts with a signed contract, acceptance of the transaction document(s), validation of supporting documentation, and accurate translation into billing system, identification of missing FOP items, reconciling, and billing/invoicing. It ends with project and contract closure. Employees require high levels of attention to detail and engagement with projects teams to initiate and execute services contract fulfillment.They must execute defined processes in line with business controls, meet business objectives, customer contractual requirements and act as a single point of contact within the Sales Transaction Support (STS) Execution, field partners and clients, providing seamless support and enhancing overall satisfaction with STS Execution.Successful candidates can use great benefits provided by the IBM company for its employees.
