Asset Management operates as a values-driven team, we are trusted advisers to the business operations and we support all business units in all geographic areas.Workstation Asset management is hiring a Project Manager with subject matter expertise in full project management life cycle. This is a Project Manager role which will focus in managing large, complex solutions from beginning to end in the Workstation Asset Management areas. In this dynamic role, you are the 'face' of the project, teaming with colleagues at every turn and providing timely project updates to WAM Internal clients.Responsibilities include:· Collaborate with IBM colleagues and vendors to ensure country physical stock is being managed properly by correctly identified owners through the use of correct management tools.· Form and maintain trusted relationships with clients and be the 'go-to' contact point· Apply oral and written communication skills to proposal development, client presentations and deliverable creation· Responsible for RFP development, documentations, review and assessment, negotiations in cooperation with procurement the individual mission owners, managers and cost pools.· Responsible for claiming costs reconciliations & action plan deployment for the EMEA Countries.· Lead the team throughout the project life cycle starting with estimation, contract and change order creation to governance and scope management to status reporting, performance management and Quality Assurance (QA)· Leverage new generation technologies across Big Data and Analytics, User Experience, cognitive and IOTRequired Expertise· 4 years of experience in Project Management Role· 3 years of experience in leading large and complex teams· 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Advanced Analytics.· 3 years of experience in delivery methodologies· 5 years of experience in with one or more of the following - data, analytics, agile, design thinking· Experience in project Management tools like Microsoft Project and Clarity.· Established C-Level Communications and senior management coordination and execution.· PMP or ITIL certificate· 5 years of experience in Excel and Power Point, professional userPreferred Expertise· At least 5 years of experience in Big Data· At least 5 years of experience in Change Management· At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis· At least 5 years of experience in Agile/ Design Thinking· At least 5 years of experience in Project Management· Experience with IBM Cognos Analytics / Watson· At least 2 years of hand-on experience as Agile CoachWhy IBM?
