IBM is opening for a Premium Automotive Manufacturer Project multiple positions available for experienced Specialists in various fields of IT.The positions are assigned to the PLM Competency and Service Line Group which focus on Technical and Strategic Consulting activities for the CAD Automotive Operation/Maintenance of Platforms/Systems.The positions enable direct communication with the client and will be based in Brasov with periods of Training in Brasov or Munich at Customer's HQ.Responsibilities will include:• Full ITIL Scope for Incident, Change / Release and Problem Management• Input, Tracking, Documenting and Solving of technical Incidents• Proactive support of problem management, problem analysis and problem solving• Assure Capacity and Availability Management• Responsible for the creation / update of operational documentsRequired Skills:• Bachelor's Degree• Broad understanding of IT (to enable you to work with a wide range of IT systems and interfaces)• Troubleshooting and problem solving skills• English: Fluent• German: FluentNice to have:• ITIL V3 awareness• Experience working with Ticketing Systems (such as Remedy, Optis, Peregrine, or others) is considered a plus•Working experience in a dynamic environment with access to broad range of Systems: Windows, Unix or Linux and technologies• Travel availability
