IBM Junior Systems Support Specialist: General in BRASOV, Romania

IBM is looking for a Junior Systems Support Specialist, this position calls for a positive and proactive approach, a clear mind and the ability to work to very high standards and challenging timescales. You should also have a passion for the business and pay great attention to detail. Responsibilities

  • Working as part of a dynamic team the responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Involvement in solving problem, code analysis (debugging) and identification of the root-causes

  • Have the ability to trouble shoot techincal problems

  • Share your knowledge actively with your colleagues

  • Administration, maintenance, troubleshooting and incident resolution, if required in cooperation with the Client

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree (technical background preferred)

  • Excellent documentation and communication skills, self-driven, independent

  • English: Fluent

  • Some technical experience with tehnical support or programming

  • Good IT and Technical understanding

  • Keen to learn and the ability to work well as part of a team

  • Knowledge of the following systems: Linux, database, Oracle

    Nice to have • Good German skills

  • Due to the complexity of tasks and automation environment, we require a technical person, who has strong analytical skills, is flexible, proactive and is able to work in an efficient and independent way
