Join us and discover what you can make of this moment.As a member of the FIMS program, the IT Network Engineer will support projects and customers at the IBM Federal Infrastructure Managed Services program. This position focuses on managing and maintaining network devices and applications such as: • Cisco Catalyst and Nexus Switches • Cisco and F5 Load Balancers • Arista Networks Engineers are not expected to know all the listed applications, but experience with the listed applications, or comparable applications, is desired. Position will require day-to-day operations of the enterprise network solutions as well as assisting team members with additional system and network applications.This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Government security clearance of US DoD Secret.Work location - Boulder, CO2252PSHJ1TSCL

  • Experience administering networks – 3 years of which at least 1 year is in a datacenter type environment

  • Experience with Cisco switches – 1 year

  • Experience troubleshooting network issues in a large environment – 1 year

  • Ability to create formal documentation for systems administration, operations, and maintenance

  • Excellent teamwork skills

  • Ability to communicate (both orally and written) effectively to various audience
