The Client Representative is responsible for the total client relationship with one or more important IBM clients. The role includes being the primary interface to the assigned client, as well as working with business partners, alliance partners, and Federal systems integrators that work with IBM technology, hardware, software or services at that client.Primary IBM focal point for assigned clients. Organize activities and strategy of IBM brands. Opportunity identification & progression through purchase. Overall client satisfaction.The position will service the Federal Government Industry. Experience in the Federal industry is required, and experience with the Department of Homeland Security is highly preferred.This Position is located in the Washington DC metro area.
