Ensures client needs are satisfied by constructing partnerships between clients, vendors, and subcontractor organizations
Primary point of contact for meeting client needs and expectations with regard to assigned IBM team operations.
Provide account leadership to the service delivery team and direct teams to develop program, project, product, and business strategies, implementing resulting solutions to meet contract deliverables.
Manage contractual cost, schedule, and service or product deliverables as they relate to the delivery organization.
Manage IBM resources and coordinate client resources to deliver services and solutions to support the client organization.
Support in identifying growth opportunities and contract profitability
Owns quality for service provided by the delivery organization and is responsible for tracking and reporting on service level performance

Person should have 13+ years of experience in the fulfilment domain, including commercial and service order management, activation, product and service catalog, inventory, plan and build
Hands on experience in designing and implementing products, services and order management work flows across wireline and wireless products and services, including mobile, fixed and hybrid services across consumer, SMB and enterprise segments
Hands on experience with one or more best of breed/suite products from leading vendors like Oracle, Ericsson, Amdocs, Netcracker, Comptel, etc.
Experience in integration of fulfilment systems with other OSS and BSS systems
Experience with migration of products, services and work flows from existing/legacy systems to new deployments
