IBM GTS is the partner of choice for infrastructure services – be it transformational outsourcing tied to business outcomes or integrated managed services or discrete services.Who you are:To Provide end to end tealeaf infrastructure support (5 years of relevant experience)What you’ll do:• Good in IBM Tealeaf administration and architecture knowledge• Troubleshooting TeaLeaf servers & perform general admin activities• Provide consulting on customer experience management tools with in depth expertise in IBM Tealeaf• Creating alerts, scorecards, reports, and dashboards to support growing business needs• Creating TeaLeaf events, hit attributes, and dimensions• Monitoring and analyzing session data to understand customer behavior and identify site issues that are adversely impacting conversion• Strong problem solving and analytical skills, proactive and go-getter• Proactively find opportunities by analyzing session activities, customer feedback to provide meaningful insights for executive reportingHow we’ll help you grow:
