  • You should have good understanding of Infrastructure and End point security( Malware/Firewalls/other end point security products.

  • You should have very strong background working with International (North American or European) customers, preferably enterprise class.

  • You should have strong background and understanding of the Strategic Outsourcing industry, best practices and offshoring models.

What you'll do:

  • Drive Continuous Improvement in the team along with metrics improvement

  • Generate dashboard and scorecards for the Team for review.

  • Performance management and appraisals for the entire Team.

  • Weekly Reviews to the Management on key deliverables.

  • One-One with the team and scheduled Monthly Team meetings.

  • Feedback and Coaching

  • Knowledge management for the team and quality control

  • Apply performance management strategies - action plans, BQ planning

  • Responsible for people/employee career development

  • Ensure managers and team(s) have clear goals and regular reviews on status.

  • Perform yearly appraisals and pay evaluations

  • 8+ years of strong information Security Experience

  • 8+ years Supervisory experience in a leadership role

  • 5+ years experience working in program/project management

  • Some technical working experience in Infrastructure and End point Security

  • Very good experience hiring top talent in an aggressive labour market.

  • Significant experience planning retention programs to reduce attrition.

  • Technically oriented university degree

  • Experience in working in ITIL/ITUP environment

  • Experience with Agile methodologies

  • CCSP/ CEH certified.
