  • Lead and manage the North America Technology Support Services Portfolio Marketing working closely with NA Global Technology Services Marketing Leader and TSS Business Leader.

What you'll do : Apply deep portfolio, buyer, segment and routes-to-market expertise to develop the end-to-end marketing strategy for TSS in NA addressing selected buyer groups/cohorts• Interlock with WW team to bring out unique/compelling point of views (POVs), strategic messaging and leadership proof points that can be leveraged to improve GTS market position, competitive advantage and business results• Partner across the marketing, Offering Management and sales ecosystem to continuously optimize execution to achieve desired business results• Translate marketing plans, segment priorities and messaging into effective content marketing practices that when implemented in campaigns generate & progress new sales opportunities• Regular interlock with business leader to understand the pipeline and enablement needs and help define develop action plan to close the gaps, including: Enablement to improve field skills, corrective actions and pervasive issue resolution in order to help close any gaps.• Define and help execute sales enablement requirements - Drive increased awareness within GTS NA sales community and help enhance portfolio presence within S&D sales community on how to leverage marketing initiatives to engage clientsHow we’ll help you grow:
