IBM GTS is the partner of choice for infrastructure services – be it transformational outsourcing tied to business outcomes or integrated managed services or discrete services.Who you are:As a Specialist you will apply your expertise in developing and implementation of the solution architecture. You will also be working on product customization, integration and extensions required for the solution to meet the customer’s expectation. What you’ll do:

  • Should identify key signed engagements and work with account team(s) to accelerate the transition from post-sales to delivery.

  • Work with account team(s) to ensure their client’s readiness for delivery certification.

  • Drive revenue recognition for signed deals by ensuring the completion of on boarding activities.

  • Elucidate existing gaps and key opportunities to client and account executives and highlight Brokerage capabilities.

  • Translate client needs into product requirements and prioritize them according to business impact.

  • Organize and co-facilitate design thinking workshops to ease out critical challenges and key user outcomes for each client engagement.

  • Comprehend and document the success factors for each client engagement.

  • Leverage tested strategies and solutions across clients with similar problem statements.

  • Plan and coordinate new client on boarding activities.

  • Design and implement new strategies for client on boarding.

  • Prepare blog posts, presentations and whitepapers to highlight client success stories.

  • Transition of client knowledge and responsibilities to brokerage delivery teams post-onboarding.

  • Capable of managing a diverse and complex suite of projects simultaneously.
