  • You will be the Client value play focal for the Resiliency and security service lines

What you’ll do:

  • Demonstrate a keen understanding of the Service Line – become SME

  • Collaborate with IOTs/IMTs and Service Lines for plan development, execution and continued improvement

  • Work in unison with the Marketing teams, Service Lines and IOTs to drive business development and change

  • Interlock with IOTs to review and update the sales tactics, marketing campaigns / actions, and enablement activities

  • Work to align and assign CVP champions in the IOTs / IMTs - to address ownership and accountability

  • Identify and track needed improvements to performance gaps and work with Service Lines and IOTs to improve performance against targets and execute corrective actions

  • Drive communications to support efforts – communicate key strategies, priorities, sales tactics performance analytics

  • Provide thought leadership and recommendations to the IOTs and Service Lines to ensure the CVP program is understood and used

  • Collaborate with team to provide insight and portfolio strategy, integration & transformation functions

  • Work with marketing lead to align marketing priorities and sales tacticsIdentify opportunities to improve work processes and outcomes -- and actively participate in improvement initiatives

  • Advise and consult in support of global marketing campaigns
