Expert in Cloud Resiliency Services including "Backup as a Service".
Experience in working with IBM Spectrum Protect (Tivoli Storage Manager).
Experience working with public clouds.
Provide direction to development for new capabilities, enhancements or removal of a capability.
This includes improvements needed within delivery for higher client experience ratings.
Bring the offering enhancements to market on time and within budget.
Utilize Continuous Offering Development Processes executing efficiently and consistently.
Drive offering specific M&A with Infrastructure Service LoB.
Define & execute on the Portfolio roadmap; innovate and ensure synergy across the Service Line and IBM.
Build construct for all offering costs for Offering business case and for pre-concepts and proof of concepts.
What you’ll do:
Design all offerings with a competitive price point target making certain the costs are in line with that price point.
Ensure there is a strong value proposition and strong barriers to entry.
Drive the adoption of the offering globally in the IOT’s resulting in Opportunity Identification/pipeline.
Collaborate with Marketing and the BP channel team to drive an efficient and effective RTM model.
Continuously analyze growth of the market and market share within the offering area as well as compared to other GTS offerings taking action to manage as a ‘cash cow’ (reap) or ‘rising star’ (invest) based on the projected returns.
