Business Unit Introduction:The IBM Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization spans several functional areas such as procurement, manufacturing, demand-supply planning, manufacturing engineering, logistics, customer fulfillment, accounts receivable collection and sales transaction support. Who you are:

  • As storage administrator you will apply your deep expertise in providing storage administration for EMC Clariion, VNX and VMAX Storage frames .

. What you’ll do:

  • Interfacing with other IT Service Management processes as required with respect to asset data

  • Responsible for quality and efficiency of problem resolution where Asset Management expertise is required

  • Verifying asset information from other processes for accuracy

  • Reviewing and resolving all asset discrepancies or variances

  • Reviewing inventory (physical and automated)or other reconciliations (e.g. with financial repository) for variances with asset records of the asset repository.

  • Assessing and providing variance resolution
