  • This role is a digital specialist role. This person will need to be skilled in creating and optimizing web forms that drive responses for our organic content and also nurture streams to ensure respondents are taken on a journey and not left untouched.

What you’ll do:

  • He/she in this role will support with the development and implementation of the digital strategy as part of the overall “Path to Proficiency” to maximize demand and ensure the highest effectiveness for the Business Unit's digital presence according to the New Work of Marketing.

  • The Digital Specialist will work with the Digital Strategist and the Campaign Manager to ensure digital touch points are part of the integrated end-to-end planning and implemented successfully.

  • Lead digital campaign execution and back-end set-up.

  • Lead digital metrics reporting and analytics leveraging available tools and dashboards; identify issues and perform root cause analysis.

  • Analyze client journey for prioritized campaigns and URLs; recommend optimizations and A/B tests.

  • Test and deploy nurture streams and proactive e-mails.

  • Verify WW campaign map viability for NA deployment.

  • Compare pacing reports to CDPM to discover response flow discrepancies.
