The Solutions Consultant will establish and maintain effective and professional relationships with clients to create high satisfaction and perception of value from MERGE products and services.
Develop and maintain a mastery of MERGE Financials, RIS, Dashboards, Documents and/or MRP applications in order to provide high quality user training which promotes optimal product utilization
Understand the applicable work environments and related client needs in order to successfully integrate the system solution into their workflow and make intelligent recommendations toward the improvement of overall department efficiency through training and education
Assist the client’s team with the design of the MERGE system to meet their workflow needs
Develop documentation and training materials required to support deployment and internal/ external training
Understands that all patient information that may be encountered is to be treated as confidential and not to be disclosed under any circumstances
Experience in training or technical enablement in a healthcare environment
5+ years of related healthcare industry experience
Certification Registered by the ARRT in (R)RT with 2+ years minimum experience in Medical Radiology experience Diagnostic/Biopsy Breast, Liver, and Prostate.
Working knowledge of Medical Radiology CAD systems.
Working knowledge Computer knowledge - networking, software installation, and troubleshooting
2+ years of experience with Clinical Applications Training
