Your future made with IBM.IBM is now hiring experienced professionals. Seeking a full-time IT Professional to serve as a technical design consultant for IBM’s New2Blue Onboarding (new hire) program. You will be responsible for redesigning, scaling and integrating our onboarding program components for a more seamless experience for new hires and their managers. You will be asked to create web pages on the company’s intranet, keep the Onboarding Learning portal fresh for new hires and create and maintain dashboards and related onboarding technical solutions. This role requires strategic thinking and a proactive attitude towards continuous improvements in the way we deliver and communicate the onboarding experience. You will be required to ensure mobile, PC, and Apple-performance, be part of any testing and compliance activity.   • Experience gathering and refining specifications and requirements based on technical needs

  • Experience writing well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices

  • Have advanced Domino/Lotus Notes development as a critical skill

  • Have advanced HTML / Javascripting / CSS development as a critical skill

  • Integrate data from various back-end services and databases (e.g. APIs, DB2, REST– critical skill)

  • Applied Query database and reporting systems, e.g. DB2, Cognos

  • Experience with advanced mass email techniques

  • Demonstrated problem diagnosis and creative problem solving

  • Applied organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen
