The Subject Matter Expert will help lead sales go-to-market strategy, drive deal execution and customer retention, and support solution design & effectiveness in partnership with the offering teams. Supports day-to-day sales activities by providing information and assistance to internal organizations and customers around the IBM Talent Frameworks (Job Skills & Competencies) and supporting IBM software & IBM consulting resources.Responsibilities Include:
Establishes sales objectives by leading deal execution strategy and deal implementation for Kenexa.
Coaches and supports Sellers through key deals from opportunity to close.
Retain and grow Kenexa customers. Act as an Executive Sponsor as required.
Accomplishes product level enablement of portfolio sales team.
Maintains and expands customer base by counseling sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
Plan and execute on in market Marketing and events in partnership with Above Market and WW team.
Lead and deploy specialized plays in partnership with Above Market and WW team.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
