The Security Channel Sales Manager needs to be a strategic thinker that can make informed decisions and execute to achieve business goals. You are a strong individual contributor responsible for executing channel sales with specific focus on our Managed Security Service Providers (MSSP). You will drive the execution of the channel plan across all Industries and Geographies in North America. Your responsibilities include business partner recruitment, enablement, go-to-market programs, and sales execution. Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of the IBM North America Security MSSP Sales Strategy
Build comprehensive MSSP Sales plan to generate incremental Security revenue in 2017
Build and communicate IBM Security Value Propositions for MSSPs
Build MSSP ecosystem and drive awareness throughout IBM Security for the MSSP ecosystem
Build, maintain, and manage NA Security Sales MSSP pipeline
Recruit competitive MSSP Partners to IBM
Extensive knowledge of Security Solutions portfolio .
Extensive knowledge of the North America Security Market.
Deep understanding of how MSSPs businesses and practices are structured,and how they make money.
Must be able to understand and articulate drivers for managed security services in the NA Security Market.
