The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

  • Design, manage and maintain capabilities that relate to the monitoring of cost & performance metrics, for all hybrid and multi-cloud deployments and gain vital insights & analytics of cloud deployment (performance, usage, cost & more), to determine and optimize operational performance and cloud costs

  • Lead the balancing of feature aspirations with market needs, customer demands, and technical reality

  • Proven ability to translate complex customer technical issues to product requirements for interpretation by engineering teams.

  • Manage expectations about the product road-map and priorities

  • Be the authority on the market and competition in your product area

  • Work with our designers to create simple, elegant solutions to complex data problems

  • Advocate for the product on behalf of the companies customers, while understanding resource and delivery capabilities

  • Minimum of 4-7 years experience as a Technical Product Manager

  • 3+ years finance experience, forecasting and budgeting

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)

  • Experience building financial or accounting software

  • Experience with hybrid IT cost and spend management

  • Significant experience in budget planning and forecasting

  • Software design experience in complex, multi-tasking, financial solutions environment

  • Proficient at Excel and ability to build financial models a must

  • Experience with IT Supply chain and cost management solutions

  • SaaS company experience strongly preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

  • Excellent interpersonal communication and management skills

  • Excellent teamwork skills

  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

  • Must be able to travel 20% of the time

  • Provide strong project management and on-time scheduling skills
