Description: Process Architect

  • Support process transformation and standardization.

  • Prepare Process and Procedures hierarchy mapped to tasks in Statement of Work

  • Draft all relevant desk procedures including work instruction, controls and localized requirements

  • Engage with client core team to gain acceptance / approval of Procedures Manual

  • Support client core team in Business Validation of agreed upon processes

  • Assist in Supplier Enablement activities

  • Work with Sourcing team to guide drafting of Sourcing Instructions – rules for PO processing

  • Support the readiness of our delivery teams including training support on client specific tools and processes

  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing where applicable

  • Engage in Hypercare support post go live

Requirements:

  • PC literate in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio

  • Very strong communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated, able to learn and research issues independently, smart learner and doer.

  • Good command of spoken and written English

  • Willing to travel

  • Process mapping and delivery experiences in general procurement or Supply Chain Management function

  • University graduate or above, business, management or economics background preferred

5+ years in process mapping and delivery experiences in general procurement or Supply Chain Management function.
