Executive Search Operations PartnerAccountable for the end to end recruiting activities/ process in Brassring (BR), candidate communications.Responsible for the end to end delivery and hiring execution including process documentation, GEVS checks The Recruiting Partner will serve as the primary contact for candidates and the internal IBM hiring team. They will manage the full-life cycle of the requisition based recruitment for assigned business units in support of external hiring requirements. The ideal candidate must possess a successful recruiting background with measurable results, an understanding of IBM's organizational structure, basic knowledge of personnel policy and procedure, and general knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment practices.

  • Participate on intake call with ESL/Hiring Executive

  • Gather and maintain billing details (Div/Dept)

  • Send IBM Application

  • Review the application for accuracy and completeness

  • Work with the ESL/Hiring Exec to create the requisition

  • Collect interview travel details from ESL/manager (if required)

  • Request interview feedback and send responses to ESL

  • Confirm GEVS checks are complete

  • Create and get approvals for the offer letter / comp package

  • Move candidate to create offer letter status

  • Coordinate accept details with candidate and manager

  • Provide advice and counsel to manager and candidate through out the process

  • Global IBMers, including Relocation/USMA Form

  • Work with AmEx to schedule interview travel (if required)

  • Close the requisition

  • Distribute candidate and hiring executive satisfaction surveys and follow up for responses

  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, intense, dynamic environment

  • Posses the maturity and professionalism to provide a high touch experience to Executive Candidates

  • Calm under pressure

  • Superior multitasking skills
