The Weather Company, an IBM Business is seeking experienced Enterprise Sales Executives for our growing emerging markets business. The Field Sellers will work collaboratively with the IBM sales teams to implement impactful sales strategies, accelerate pipeline growth, and weather-based revenue generation. Primary responsibilities are to serve as sales enablers (selling into and through IBM sellers on weather based opportunities), acting as a weather sales specialist; enable the sales process with weather-derived business insight, and illustrate the value provided through the injection of enhanced weather data. This is a quota carrying position. We are seeking to fill 2 positions, covering both the Western and Eastern Regions of North America.
Manage the enablement of the IBM sales team(s) and insure the inclusion of TWC data & products into the sales process, and achieve sales objectives.
Communicate the value of TWC products, and manage the collaboration & support related to sales engagements.
The candidate will be responsible for driving and developing the TWC business carried by IBM, and serving as a liaison to the rest of our organization. The objective of this role is to increase the sell-through of TWC products. As the dedicated specialist supporting the IBM sales teams, the candidate will build strong relationships with all relevant sales personnel and proactively focus on sales team engagement
Co-selling with IBM sellers to close opportunities, and interacting with customers & prospects in the IBM engagement model
Working with key decision makers within IBM to ensure marketing, technical and sales readiness
Work directly with TWC marketing team to develop targeted marketing programs
5 years’ experience working with in an enterprise sales environment.
Proven success in new business development.
