You will need to understand the process and technology analysis, automation/cognitive assessments, advanced process modelling, operational modelling and presenting analysis. You will also have knowledge of consulting methodologies, key technologies, engagement support tools as well as being an independent professional, including interaction with clients.Responsibilities include:

  • Designing, analyzing customer, financial and operational presentation of data and reports.

  • Establishing relationships within client organizations and delivering timely, high quality service to the client.

  • Operating as a team member, drawing upon the experience of other professionals within the engagement team and from other functions.

  • Utilizing Automation Playbook to evaluate a business process and identify automation opportunities.

  • Contributing to the definition of the engagement scope of work and outputs.

  • Recognizing problems related to the engagement objectives and suggests solutions.

  • At least 3 years’ experience with End to End (E2E) process automation evaluation including data capture and validation, business process management; robotics; autonomics and cognitive assistants/agent.

  • At least 3 years’ experience with Exposure to Design Thinking methodologies including building use cases, data management; prototyping methodology and Center of Expertise (COE) design and Managed Services/Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).

  • At least 3 years’ experience consulting and strategy and governance model design and scenario planning using Target Operating Model (TOM) (centralized/distributed) and IT Service Management (ITSM) experience.

  • Exposure to operational restructuring and organizational development.

  • Successfully completed at least 3 Automation Opportunity assessments.

  • Strong level of understanding of Financial Services back office business processes which including operations, procure to pay, record to report, benefit and payroll.
