As a Brokerage Transformation Manager with IBM GTS Cloud Brokerage Services team, you will be responsible to collaborate with the Brokerage Delivery and account teams to successfully manage the implementation of brokerage contracts for large enterprise clients. You will also be responsible for representing the client’s interests and priorities to the broader Brokerage organization.
The Brokerage Transformation Manager is
Responsible for managing and coordinating global integrated services delivery teams for the account and client until the engagement reaches steady state operations.
Works with client and SO team to drive large-scale product awareness and adoption within the enterprise.
Collaborates with Service Integration Leader and Brokerage Architects to plan, manage and coordinate the implementation of the contractual requirements for the client engagement and obtain buy-in from Executives and account teams.
Responsible for DOU/SOW management to ensure delivery obligations are met and scope is effectively managed.
Acts as the service delivery advocate between the IBM Strategic Outsourcing (SO) team and the Brokerage delivery support organization.
Works with the SO team and client (as appropriate) to understand client requirements.
Maintains an intermediate level understanding of technical services supported by the Brokerage platform with the ability to provide direction to teams in support of client critical business processes and services.
Works closely with the Brokerage Architects to ensure appropriate solution designs and field level customizations are designed and implemented on behalf of the client
Facilitates the delivery of the Brokerage services, including delivery quality, activity/tasks management, coordination with members of the extended delivery organization and coordination with Product Management and Engineering teams.
Provides appropriate client/engagement level status in conjunction with the Service Integration Leader
Serves as the “voice of the client”, raising client requirements and enhancement requests to the Product Management and Engineering organizations within Brokerage Services
Responsible for overall health of the account – Operational (including SLAs/SLOs), Compliance, Financial and Client Satisfaction from Brokerage Delivery perspective – in the transformation stages of the engagementibmbrokeragejobs
5-7 years hands-on delivery management experience in the technology industry, preferably in a client-facing role
Strong initiative, able to self-manage and use good judgment on when to ask for assistance or guidance from senior managers
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
May be required to travel to the customer site(s)
Comfortable and flexible to analyze and work through ambiguous issues
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in fast-paced work environment with multi-disciplined, multi-location teams
