The Campaign Manager will work very closely with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective execution of campaigns to meet key Marketing & Business objectives.Key responsibilities include:- Provide inputs into Campaign strategy and planning- Understand media mix driving lead generation- Oversee execution of inbound and outbound campaign elements, leveraging IBM’s processes & tools, collaborating with Media agency, vendors and other team members- Collaborate with Marketing automation specialist to build campaign elements and with RLM specialists to track Response to Sales- Generate & understand performance metrics to help the team manage effective ways to create and assist with Pipeline generation- Work with Regional Marketing teams to guide and enable effective execution of our campaignDPT-2
· A minimum of 5-7 years in campaign management, demonstrating relevant success· Willingness to learn, take initiatives and drive execution· Demonstrable skills in leading complex campaigns across matrixed teams· Expertise in budget management and agency relations· Ability to think out of the box and adapt to changing requirements· Effective communication skills· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and willingness to learn new tools and processes- Data driven and critical problem solving skills
