  • Experience in Project management activities like Risk assessment, issues Management, Schedule and effort management, Capacity resource management, People Management

  • Experience in handling project execution right from System and Functional Requirements

  • Lead and manage culturally diverse teams and deliver high quality output that met/exceed client expectation within the schedule and budgetary targets.

  • Leverage the appropriate tools and methodologies to the fullest extent to deliver results that add value to the client's business that reflect the priorities of the client and assignment.

  • Manage scope based on the agreed Statement of Work; consistently manage resources within scope of the project; Build trusting and respectful relationship with Client and set realistic expectations while also communicating any limitations in a timely and honest manner; build strong project team using the same principles.

  • 5+ years' Hands on experience in managing large and complex projects and programs, across wide range of Domains like "Compliance, Regulatory Reporting, Wealth Management, Deposits, Item Processing, Check Processing and Investment Banking";

  • Must be hands on with designing critical check and item processing systems;

  • Highly skilled, Versatile Project Manager with experience in Project Management from Inception through Implementation/Warranty/Production support;

  • Experience in leading and managing successfully large, diverse, multi-vendor, multigeography teams;
