OverviewIBM is focused on driving results through digital marketing and continuously improving our digital strategy and execution. The Senior Media Planner will be responsible for leading media programs for The Weather Company web and app products, reporting to the Director, Media. Campaigns are designed to drive awareness and acquisition primarily through digital channels. You will be in charge of external and internal online acquisition marketing, managing the strategy, execution, and optimization across channels, working hand in hand with our Marketing Managers to ensure consistent messaging and results. ResponsibilitiesDevelop integrated, strategic media plans across owned, operated and paid media channels for The Weather Channel and Weather Underground brandsLiaise and partner with B2C, B2B Ad Sales and B2B marketing and product teams across the company to develop media campaigns in support of company objectivesWork with marketing leads and media agency partners to drive the strategy and execution of media campaigns from conceptual planning to tactical recommendations, including flighting and budgetsExecute, report on and continuously optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as paid search, paid social and display advertisingImmerse in all aspects of media, including platform capabilities, targeting opportunities, pricing formats and bidding strategiesLeverage A/B Testing to ensure decisions and optimizations are data and market drivenDevelop a deep understanding of digital acquisition to consumer products, leveraging a variety of tools with first and third-party dataResponsible for weekly reporting and measurements for media plans throughout campaign length to stakeholdersManage daily workload, work directly with Director to identify proactive opportunitiesStay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies

QualificationsProfessional experience of 4-6 years of agency experience in a digital media planning role Bachelor Degree in marketing, advertising, communication and /or business managementOverall understanding of media landscape including digital and traditional media channelsDemonstrated success in developing and executing media campaigns across various channelsStrong knowledge of interactive marketing concepts and best practicesAbility to communicate effectively to internal and external stakeholders
