Role ProfileThe Creative Lab Copywriter is responsible for creating innovative, relevant and engaging digital advertising experiences across multiple channels. Including Mobile, Web, Tablet and more. This role will also apply user and brand research, information architecture and user/viewer interactions across multiple mediums and technologies.ResponsibilitiesAlign creative work with the platform to ensure consistent strategy, voice, and message Possess the ability to write in a variety of styles and for diverse audiences e.g., short form, long form, editorial and personalized storytellingLead creative digital advertising projects through the concept, creation and development cycle Research and analyze market strategy, competitive data, and other insight channelsResearch and identify source material and reference to claims, story angles, voice, tone, etc…Work directly with ad product and ad tech managers to define product requirements focusing on customer efficiency and ease-of-use Collaborate with other designers, engineers and product managers on the product definition process Lead brand advertisers and agencies on education of TWC ad product guidelines, standards and principlesLeverage rapid prototyping and frequent customer interaction to inform creative decisions Create navigation, digital content organization, IA/UX/IXD, taxonomy creation and search optimization strategiesConcept innovative end-user media experiences

BA or MA in Language, Literature, Interaction Design, Cognitive Science, or equivalent experience Minimum of 3 years professional experience writing for mobile, web, tablet Interactive media and user interfaces for product software and digital advertising Experience with user research and usability testing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Expert Knowledge in Photoshop, After Effects and Illustrator
