Responsible for working with senior leaders in the business units to understand their incentive plan design requirements. This role requires understanding all facets of IBM incentive plan design. This leader will design, create, and support the implementation of these incentive plans
Requires effective organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills as well as demonstrated communication and negotiation skills for engaging with peers, sales leaders, and management.
The successful WW Incentive Plan Leader will also have proven ability to work effectively within global cross functional teams, building strong collaborative relationships and demonstrating willingness to take initiative to address issues as they arise.
