The Manager and Global Lead is responsible for guiding the CED team in:• Providing thought leadership and constructs that will serve as the basis for developing IBM leaders,• Identifying needs, gaps, and challenges in the capabilities of current and future leaders, followed by designing and implementing strategies to close these gaps,• Responding to critical leadership development needs that surface and require a multi-faceted approach,• Leveraging use of assessment, data and analytics to inform approaches and gain insights, • Applying a systems view to understand environmental and individual factors that are influencing the current state,• Evaluating the efficacy of solutions in terms of impact and opportunities for improvement, and• Maintaining an up-to-date view of trends and innovations in the external leadership development landscape.The person in this position will:• Prioritize and manage the flow of work to the team• Work with the team to define project deliverables and timelines• Represent perspective of leadership development in strategic discussions about IBM's direction and transformation• Provide development coaching and guidance to leaders and the HR ecosystem• Interact and facilitate sessions with senior executives• Develop the members of the teamWe live in a moment of remarkable change and opportunity.   • At least 5 years of experience consulting experience (particularly in strategy, organizational development, change management)

  • At least 5 years of experience in leadership development

  • At least 3 years working with senior leaders
