  • Lead and manage global USAID Infrastructure Operations spanning CONUS and OCONUS (80 missions world wide)

  • Ownership and accountability for Delivery Excellence which includes: 24x7 O&M delivery using ITIL, setting client expectations, client communication, relationship management and meeting/exceeding client satisfaction

  • Work with the PMO to track and manage Infrastructure Operation staff, and budget on a monthly/quarterly basis

  • Participate in staff mentoring and working with the Program Executive to improve team morale

  • Adhere to program wide as well as directives with regards to subk management, and account growth

  • Reports directly to the IBM Program Executive

  • Leadership with solid communication skills and a consultative approach

  • Strong executive presence and abiltiy to navigate through challenging client situations

  • Strong Project Planning and coordination experience.

  • Needs to have experience managing and working cross program and with Client procured cloud providers.

  • Needs heavy background in process consulting and managing processes and programs.

  • Experience with large complex program management

  • Able to multitask and work across many teams.

  • May be required to work after hours and weekends.

  • Able to document and articulate tasks performed
